Mark Davis grew up an orphan with no idea who his parents were or where he came from. He moved from orphanage to orphanage, remaining small for his age until his teen years when his bizarre powers emerged.
Once he came of age, the Crusaders gave Mark a home and had him join their team. As Power Play, Mark has become the most powerful hero on the planet, instrumental in foiling hundreds of world devastating events.
