The Second World War didn’t end the threat to the American way of life. After spending much of his life fighting, Joe Clarke volunteered for a military experiment to restore his youth and strength in the hopes that he could help stop the criminal organization, VILE.

The experiment succeeded beyond the military’s wildest hopes, making Joe the strongest man alive. But a VILE attack destroyed all records of the experiment.

Joe became Moral Code, leading the charge against VILE’s world wide operations.

While trying to track down the Controller, a high ranking VILE villain, Moral Code got caught in a portal that shot him into the future.

Now, Moral Code protects the world along with the Crusaders, trying to fit into these modern times, while hoping that he might find his way back home someday.
